No more VRP in this vehicle. That’s about 12k miles of it, and there’s no evidence of cleaning. I don’t think it needed it.

Big mistake.
Those are not enough miles for VRP to clean, especially if the engine is grave dirty.

Because it’s a pain in the butt on that car and I was short on time. I used a Microguard Select. I plan to change it soon.

The form-a-funnel works on most Hondas but the Passport is a little tight for that. This car is a good candidate for the Oil Udder!

Those are not enough miles for VRP to clean, especially if the engine is grave dirty.

As I said above, I don’t believe it was dirty. I simply wanted to see if there’d be anything in the filter after a few OCIs. It wasn’t using oil, and there was nothing obvious under the valve cover. When I saw nothing in the filter pleats after 12k, I decided to go with a cheaper oil and use the VRP in the wife’s 2AR-FXE.

I have a formable funnel and yes it works nicely.
