My wife's 2014 Nissan Rogue, I did the oil change yesterday. 80,424 miles on the car, maybe 1,000 miles on the OCI. We don't drive her car a lot and the oil was getting close to 2 years old so I changed it for peace of mind.

In: Kirkland 0W-20 and a new STP S6607 filter
Her car will get a sometime between 18 months to 2 year OCI now.
I also changed the oil and rotated the tires on my 2018 Nissan Rogue today. It has 72,383 miles on the car and 4,900 miles on the OCI.
Out: Valvoline Advanced 0W-20 and Carquest Premium 85358 filter

I am going to do a 1 year/5,000 mile OCI on my Rogue. We both work from home so it may be close to next Christmas before it needs the oil changed again. Both cars are running very smooth and quiet with the Kirkland oil.

I also bought a funnel at Lowe's that is made to snap fit into the oil fill hole and it worked perfectly on both cars. One thing I have found in the past when putting in the Kirkland or Supertech oil that only has the handle on the top of the jug, it was hard to handle the jug with one hand and hold a funnel in place with the other hand. I was always worried I would spill the oil and make a huge mess. This funnel fit nice and tight in the oil fill hole and I was able to hold the jug with both hands and pour in the oil, not a drop spilled on the engine or anywhere else. The funnel worked great and made the job a lot easier and it only cost $4.98.

The funnel fit right in between the intake plenum and whatever it is that Nissan calls the plastic piece on top of the cylinder head:

This was also the first time I have used the blue Scott Shop Towels. Until now I always used the red cotton shop rags but could not find any good ones around here where I live. Lowe's and Auto Zone have them but they are bad quality, super thin and nearly threadbare, like red gauze. I bought some of the Scott shop towels a few weeks ago, used them on a few other jobs around the house and the oil changes this weekend and have been super impressed with how tough and absorbent they are. Much better than the red rags.
I guess both our cars are set for oil changes for a while. I am glad I got them done now when it is cool outside instead of 110 degrees and 90% humidity in the Florida heat of August or September.
