Post your latest oil change

Nice, glad there are others out there running 30wt in their 3rd gens.

For the 10010 filter, I buy my mine from the local Toyota dealer where I purchased my truck. I've read a few times over the last year of people claiming these filters were superseded, but my dealer hadn't heard anything about it as of a couple months ago and was still ordering/receiving the 10010 filter for the Tundra. I bought (6) filters this last time just to stock up for a while. The 10010 do seem to be quality construction, made in Japan, orange silicone anti-drain back valve, and the pleats are always nice and straight. This last batch that I bought was more expensive, but still not bad I thought at $6.95/ea.

Hey I appreciate the info. I'm going to talk to my local dealer and see if they still have them in stock.

2000 f250 v10. Last oil change was about 2 years ago. This truck doesn't get a lot of miles. Maybe used for hauling things short trips.

Out. I think Napa 5w30 full syn and a motor craft 820s.

In. 5 quarts Valvoline white bottle then 1.5 quarts Napa oil. Bosch oil filter installed

4800 mile OCI because I'm leaving for a road trip tomorrow.
Valvoline High Mileage 5W20
Purolator LX3614 filter because the WM and my go-to farm/home store on my side of town were sold out of my trusty FL910S and I'm comfortable with Purolator products.

Start them young so they too can have a weird oil hobby.

A quickie. 2017 VW Jetta GLI, 125K

Out:
Oil-Castrol Euro Car 0W-40 (via extraction)
Filter-Mann HU6013Z
In:
Same
Beer-Wicked Weed Perni-Haze
Cigar-AF Maduro Hemingway

Picked up the car at my son's workplace and took it back to Pop's Garage for the change. Did all the ancillary stuff, fluid checks, tire pressure, windows cleaned etc., while the oil got all sucked up. Took the car back and enjoyed the beer and cigar at the lounge on my son's tab for "payment". Good boy, takes care of Dad.

2008 Cadillac CTS
3.6 RWD
60,000

VRP 5w-30 and Mobil1 filter (blue, shown next to oem Acdelco)

Valvoline 75w-90 for the rear differential.

Original fill on the diff did not look bad color wise but made noticeable difference in smoothness after changing.

No pictures of in process change.
2008 CRV with 247k mile.

Out - 900 mile - 3.5qts of Delo 5W-40 and 1 qt HPL PCMO 5W-30.
In - 5qts VRP 5W-20
Filter- Honda Filtech A01 drained and reused.

The color on dipstick looked just like this whether heat changing oxidants or stuff getting cleaned. Keep in mind that the previous OCI was same Delo/HPL. Prior to that was PP Euro-L and HPL, M1 with EC30, PP with EC30, a BG EPR flush probably 2 tears ago now.
