Post your latest oil change

2019 Honda Pilot EX-L. Lots of road trip quick mileage this time so not sending samples.

Tough choice on filter since I have multiples to choose. I let the random number generator decide.

I would agree if the non-high mileage wasn't already branded a Synthetic Blend.
Yeah, Chevron hasn’t updated the images on their website for verification. They do use the terminology of “synthetic technology” on the description statements of their lines of synthetic blend oils but still have the old pictures up of the “synblend” packaging.

Either way, Chevron makes good products so I wouldn’t worry about it too much

I agree, it's a good product, but on the branding...
Since its introduction, the 6qt boxes sold at Walmart have been branded: Conventional Tier ("Synthetic Blend"), High Mileage tier ("Synthetic Technology") and Synthetic tier ("Full Synthetic"). This has never changed, online or at the stores. Did you read this somewhere that it's going to change? Did it do so with the intro of API SQ? If so, interesting...

I was just on the Chevron site not too long ago as I picked up several gallons of the Delo 400 XSP. Decided to browse other offerings. I had noticed the “synthetic technology” was only used in the descriptions for the synthetic blend oils.

2016 Chrysler Town and Country
150660 miles

Unknown oil and filter, as well as miles on the oil. It was dark, but not tar.

In: Havoline High Mileage 5w-20 6 Quart box, Fram filter

I wanted to use VRP, but it isn’t my van and I probably won’t ever touch it again, unless asked too. This was a “fix all it needs as cheaply as possible” situation.

Also changed the air filter, Front pads and rotors, rotated tires, and fixed the passenger sliding door lock actuator.
