Post your latest oil change

I haven't driven the Mini for 3 weeks. This morning I did an OC and OFC at 79k miles. I have had this car now for 74k miles. Regular service and brakes and tires as needed. replaced spark plugs a while ago. I also replaced the brake fluid, coolant, and ATF earlier this year.

All repairs done when I got the car with 5k miles on it after it had been sitting for 6 years:
replaced thermostat housing ("the squid")
replaced coolant hose
accessory belt
water pump pulley (rubber friction surface slightly cracked)

All other replairs over the last 74k miles:
replaced both license plate bulbs (one had blow)

80708 miles, 5070 mile OCI. Oil still looked good, and didn't seem black or excessively dark. I will cut the filter open soon and probably post it.

5590 miles on oil 6 months, 26% on OLM.
I got busy and didn’t plan on changing in the dead of winter. I’ll change again end of May and Thanksgiving, I don’t want to be caught out with freezing temperatures since I have no garage.

2017 Corolla Dealership (probably one of the last there as their prices jumped to $105 for an oil change...) with TGMO and OEM filter. Previous oil was Kirkland and a Super Tech filter and had about 7200 miles on it.

2017 Forester didn't want to pay $105 so did in the driveway with Kirkland 0w-20 and a FRAM Extra Guard for about $19. Previous oil was Kirkland and a Fram Extra Guard and oil had about 6K miles on it.
The Kirkland oil was probably much higher quality oil then the bulk oil the dealership uses.
Dealerships usually have an express oil change lane, where they have some young person making minimum wage doing the oil changes with the bulk oil. That's not something I would want to pay $105 for (LOL).

Denso filter
10,000 OCI

For a close friend who works hard as a realtor. She puts ~40,000 miles/year on the car.

I’ve settled on Mobil 1 Extended Performance or Euro every 10k

Impressive xj! Proves you don’t need hpl or amsoil to get there, just a good service regimen.
