My friend's 2019 CR-V EX-L, 52K, 5,200 OCI
Out: 4.5 qts Valvoline Syn 0w20
In: 4.5 Castrol Ultimate Syn 0w20. Left Honda filter for next time.
I was worried about the 1.5 Turbo and fuel dilution, as our friend @The Critic has pointed out. The oil level was full, but not over filled. Mani does a mix of freeway and around town; mostly freeway. I will keep OCIs to 5K or less.

I also polished out a few scrapes in the lert front fender. Not perfect, but much better.

I didn't measure too close and likely overfilled it just a taste. Oops!

I changed oil today in my 2007 Ford Fusion with 305,000 miles. Did my usual 10K OCI with 4-6 oz oil loss in the 10K.

And to think, my 2.0T Santa Fe Sport made it to 240k miles on Valvoline Synpower 5w30 (mostly) and a few conventional runs too. Never more than 4k mile OCI either. Far far more higher mileage Theta II than ones in the scrap yard.

Wife‘s 2016 Buick Enclave. 76,005 miles. 3255 miles on oil with 22% showing on oil life meter and 5 months in engine. She mostly short trips. I’m thinking I will stretch out the changes to 6 month intervals. I did have the oil tested once on this vehicle and it showed the viscosity was still in spec at 3600 miles.
