Post your latest oil change

For our 2019 Expedition. The Fram had holes in the center tube instead of louvers so it must be and older stock? The last one I looked at at this same wall mart had louvers.

Experimenting with a 5W-30 SP/GF-6A WSS-M2C961-A1 oil in the 1.5L 3cyl ‘Dragon’ EcoBoost instead of the recommended 5W-20 SP/GF-6A WSS-M2C960-A1. Feels smoother so far (could just be in my head)

Yes, I changed the oil 6 times to see how many oil changes it would take to get clear engine oil to come out of the pan. I did this as an experiment for a YouTube video. Spoiler, it only took 5 changes to make it to clear oil.

1st oil drain was 8400 miles on M1 Extended Performance High mileage, subsequent drains were 10 minutes idling each.

This thread made remember about your little experiment, and now I'm here wondering how many gallons it would take to clean out the oil in a diesel crankcase, and how long should the interval be to keep it clean... Completely pointless, impractical, and expensive, but still spikes my curiosity quite a bit...
P.S. Dear sponsors, feel free to send me a check or a pallet of oil for this experiment.

Thinking I’m just going to stick with Napa oils and fluids. As I’ve gotten older just want to go to one spot and pick up everything in need and not run around town.
