Post your latest oil change

2014 Buick Verano T, 2.0L GDI turbo
79200 miles total
6000 miles on oil
Out: M1 European Car Formula 5w40.
In: M1 10w40 High Mileage. Walmart was out of ECF.
No filter change.
20% left on OLM.
Oil sample taken.

Ouch. May have made a mistake buying M1 HM 10w40. Its KV100 is only 12.6, and I think I need about 14.0 to avoid dropping out of grade on a long OCI. Will probably dump it at 4000 miles. The current 10w40 HM is barely at the bottom of the 40 grade. It used to be on the thick side of the grade. Fool me once, Mobil, but not twice.

I looked up the spec sheet on the Mobil website, and it said 12.6. I thought it must be a mistake, but that's what it says.

Then I tried to look up the spec sheet for 5w40 ECF, and couldn't find it, even though I looked it up before my previous oil change.
This is what I get when I look for the 5w40 spec sheet:

I sense a government plot. Everybody's oil viscosities seem to be near the bottom of their respective grades these days.

Changed the rear differential oil and transmission oil as well this weekend.

Transmission out: unknown, PO's blend (looked red and transparent and didn't smell typical, maybe RL 75w90 NS?)
Transmission in: Motul Gear 300 75w90 GL-5
Miles on oil: unknown, est 40,000 .... (910 hours, minimum est)
Drain plug was well coated up with metal, maybe 3 mLs?

Differential out: Supertech 80w90
Differential in: 3 parts Supertech 80w90 and 1 part Redline shockproof lightweight
Miles on oil: roughly 40,000 (910 hours)
Drain plug wasn't too covered with metal, but the oil came out looking kinda dark. Kinda like Cola without the redness.

I moved and changed jobs right prior to doing this OCI; My commute averages 30mph instead of 40mph now, and has been reduced to 40mins one-way. This is the lowest consumption rate I have experienced yet. Started to drive harder, and consumption picked up to something noticeable, and so I went back to my previous driving style to run out the CI. The oil level remained at the top of the dipstick up until around 2,400 miles into the OCI when I did such test. Oil came out darker than I thought it would.

2008 Dodge Grand Caravan 110000 miles
Out: Valvoline 5w30 HMFS and a Fram Ultra unknown miles on OCI because I forgot to log the mileage at time of change
In: 1 qt HPL EC40, 4.5 qts amsoil marine and diesel 15w40 and .5 qt of Valvoline PBE 5w40 with a Purolator Boss.

Will run this for entire OCI and change filter at 2k miles

Wife's 2017 Acura MDX Elite with 117 000km

In: Pennzoil Platinum FS 0W20 Fram TG7317 filter
OCI: 12000 km 10 months. MID at 30%, but leaving on a west coast trip next week so decided to get the change done early. No make up oil needed.

My 2012 Acura TL Tech with 170 000km
Out: Valvoline High Mileage FS 5W20 Filter ST9688
In: ST FS 5W20 Filter ST9688
OCI: 11700 km 10 months. MID shows 20%. Used about 1L between OCI as there is rear main seal leak. Might fix it next year.

Also, both MDX and TL called for rear differential fluid swap also (B16 service) so they were done at the same time. MDX got Acura DPSF and TL got 50:50 of Acura DPSF and Honda's version. It was a busy fun day.

Time to build a hoard of 15w-50.
