Last oil change was 2 days ago; May 18th on my 1998 Volvo S70 non turbo; 6 quarts of Pennzoil 10w40 conventional and Supertech ST-16 Oil filter. I've been doing 4K intervals with no consumption issues. Car just turned 196,000 miles

I think like 2k on the oil but I replaced the valve cover since it started leaking a bit of oil and decided to switch her to a high mileage to try and keep anything from leaking.

In: Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0W20 and Mitsubishi MZ690072
The engine was making almost like a timing chain rattle under hard acceleration when I switched to the Purolator from the OEM so I went back to OEM and it went away so I don't know if I just had a bad filter or if that's just a thing with them but I think I'm gonna just stick to using OEM filters on the Mirage from now on.
