Last oil change was 2 days ago; May 18th on my 1998 Volvo S70 non turbo; 6 quarts of Pennzoil 10w40 Yellow Bottle and Supertech ST-16 Oil filter. I've been doing 4K intervals with no consumption issues. Car just turned 196,000 miles

I think like 2k on the oil but I replaced the valve cover since it started leaking a bit of oil and decided to switch her to a high mileage to try and keep anything from leaking.

Didn't pay attention to miles since she just used her oil light to decide when to change it and not by miles.

In: Mobil1 AFE 0W20 and Mitsubishi MZ690072
The engine was making almost like a timing chain rattle under hard acceleration when I switched to the Purolator from the OEM so I went back to OEM and it went away so I don't know if I just had a bad filter or if that's just a thing with them but I think I'm gonna just stick to using OEM filters on the Mirage from now on.

Also on the Transit 3.5 Ecoboost, Shell RGT 5w30 came out after about 6500 miles and Mobil 1 EP 5w30 went in. Old and new filters were both XG10575's. I wasn't as comfortable running RGT to the normal 10k the Mobil 1 EP sees.

In: Same (minus the Seafoam), except this time went with a Fram ultra 9688.
