Post your latest oil change

2011 Nissan Frontier 4.0 with 168K. My first oil change on this truck. 4 months and 1.5K OCI.
Has not used any oil in the four months that I have had it. I only plan on driving it about 2-3K a year

Out: Ford dealer bulk? & Ford filter FL 816.
In: Supertech 5W30 high mileage synthetic & PH 7317.

2017 Nissan Maxima SR( first oil change since I bought the car) , 33,3315, 5k oil change interval. I could of gone probably to 7k before really needing to change it.
Out-Whatever oil the Nissan dealership uses, Nissan OEM Oil Filter , Nissan OEM Air Filter
In-Mobil 1 0w20 Advanced Fuel Economy, 5.1 quarts, Nissan OEM Filter 15208-65F0E, and new ST air filter 2750,
Tires got rotated as well.

Cousin's 2017 Rav4, 2.5L, 89,435mi

Out: CarQuest 0W-20, filter unknown (Presumably CQ)
In: Toyota OEM filter and Pennzoil Platinum High Mileage 0W-20

Little bit of an interesting oil change, the plastic cartridge filter housing was very hard to remove. I was interested to try Toyota's weird filter draining tube, but it ended up rather "gluggy" when draining, I would be interested to try again with the engine a bit hotter. So far, I much prefer the VW setup on both my Audi and departed Golf cartridge filters.

Also due to shielding high in the oil filler area, the funnel would not sit in it and had to be held with one hand and pour with the other. Just little annoyances overall though, nothing major.

2013 Lexus GS350 F Sport, 80K, 5K OCI, 10K on filter
Out: nearly 7 qts M1 0w20 and YZZA3 filter
In: Same
I sucked out the oil using the MityVac and then pulled the drain plug to see what was left. Let 'er drain for maybe 40 minutes. I even lifted the driver side extra high to get as much oil out as possible. Your quickie lube or Lexus dealership ain't gonna go this far!
Of course, more oil drained when I opened the filter housing... The oil missed by the MityVac did not ever cover the bottom ot the oil pan.
My practice is now to do 5k OCI and use the MityVac, swapping the filter every other service.
I may never pull the plug again.

2016 Ford Focus 5sp 2.0L VCT 95,883mi
Out: Mobil 1 AP 0W-20 SN and NAPA Gold FIL 1348 (5,000+ OCI) 16.9 oz of Rislone HM Engine Treatment was added last 1000 or so miles
In: Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W-30 and Purolator PL10241 One

2020 Chevrolet Onix Activ 1.4 (Colombia), 25315 km, 5289 km OCI
Out: ACDelco Supreme Plus 5W-30, GM filter
In: ACDelco Supreme Plus 5W-30, GM filter
Also changed front pads and fluid, GM DOT 4.

Sticking to 5000 km OCI instead of schedule-recommended 10000 km OCI because due to having only 97 ponies I have to drive it hard (2.5-4K RPM, redline 6.5K) to get going or go uphill.

Chevrolet Llanogrande, Villavicencio, Meta

Also, shops should adopt these kind of maintenance tags to avoid dirtying windshields.

Do you have to get that oil at the dealership? I wouldn't mind trying it out if the price is right

You sure you didn’t drain the trans? Whatever you’re draining there looks red....?
Edit: evidently the trans fluid on these should be blueish-green. Maybe it’s just the lighting.
