Post your latest oil change

Love the car. Manual states 0w-20 good for all temps or 5w-20 good for temps above -20F. Do you know better than Ford?
You mean CAFE I guess. I’ve seen plenty of ecoboosts failing due to thin oil, including my own one. They spec’d for 5w30 in Europe for a reason. Is that eco boost? 300hp+ on a regular SP oil sounds like a death sentence to me, but it’s your car. I’d at least run m1 esp 0w20

Boss and track pack Coyotes come factory filled with 5w50 and recommended by Ford as well.

Depending on how you drive the car will determine the best oil type. I think you'll be fine with your 0w20 fill.

Edit- Ecoboost or 5.0?

I don't think in my year ('18) they recommended 5w50 in any standard 5.0. I have the 5.0 GT Performance package level 1 which I think is the equivalent of what used to be called the track pack. It only recommends 5w-30 as an alternative if tracking the car. I'm sure I will be fine on 0w-20.

Now I'm sure 5w-30 would also work nicely, so I'm not saying that I believe it would be harmful. But for my application and usage, Ford recommends 5w-20 or 0w-20

Yes you are right. It must have been prior years and 2nd gen Coyotes.

The GT350 and GT500 recommends 5w50, but of course that is the 5.2L Voodoo(🤤) and not the Coyote.

Previous owner had it serviced with mc blend 5w-20 and it seems to have done it well. Crazy thing is that these cars have a 10qt sump
