My 2018 F150 w/3.5 EB. 5w-30 Castrol Magnatec and FL 500s filter at 6400 mi. I usually do 5k OCIs but I was dealing with an illness that had me out of the mix for awhile.
2009 Pontiac G5 sedan; 2.2 Ecotec; 121,250k miles.
Out: unknown, most likely PYB or GTX 5w-30. Motomaster CH9018 filter. Interval unknown.
In: Motomaster conventional 5w-30 (Shell 5w-30); QS 9018 filter.
Will be a short flush run; will most likely change late October for a synthetic winter oil.

In: Approx 9pts Amsoil Euro Car Formula classic 5w-40 (229.5 Spec), Mann HU718/5x
Oil had about 18 months and ~3500mi of total usage. With the engine having ageing hydraulic rockers, I did not want to run any risk of buildup. With the capacity of the engine, the oil was still in decent condition, and if required, could have been easily pushed another 6 months no issue. Both Filters listed are fleece filters per requirement of this engine.

HAd a few days off so we cranked them out like an assembly line and I got to pull a sample for the kids cars just to check up on the internals

No. I bought it at Fleet Farm for 9.99 a jug after rebate. That was early this spring.
