Post your latest oil change

Elantra in sig- 5,000 miles on oil/filter.

Out: Quaker State Ultimate Durability 5w30
In: Quaker State Ultimate Durability 5W-20

Left the Fram Ultra filter on.

It was warmish out, so figure I'd get the vehicle's OCI changed now vs mid-winter.

2011 Rav4 2.5, roughly 4500 on OCI
Out: Napa Syn 5w20 + K&N black cartridge
In: Same

2007 4Runner 4.0, roughly 4000 on OCI
Out: Maxlife syn 5w30 + OEM filter
In: Valvoline Syn maxlife + OEM filter

2005 GMC Canyon, 3.5 inline 5 cylinder, auto, RWD
Out: whatever was in the junkyard engine, Microgard MGL51522 filter

2016 Altima with 16,365. 3,500 OCI
Out Valvoline SynPower 5W30, Fram TG
In Valvoline SynPower 5W30 OEM filter

Short OCI, wanted to see if it would quieten down the engine noise and it did. Also I need to use up my stash of oil and filters before I die of old age. I do make a lot of short trips of 5 miles or less.

2005 Toyota Avalon, 92,284 miles

Out: Valvoline Full Synthetic with MaxLife 5w30, OEM 04152-YZZA1 Filter - 2,388 miles

In: 6.5 qts AMSOIL Signature Series 5w30, OEM 04152-YZZA1 filter

Changed the oil since I had the front on jack stands to replace noisy wheel bearings. Amsoil should be good for 25,000 miles or 1 year.

02 Taurus
out Fire stone " synthetic Blend " My daughter took it there as she was paying attention to her window sticker bless her heart and a Pennzoil yellow filter while away at school
in valvoline 5w30 Full Synthetic and a motorcraft FL400 for the winter months

Honda Civic of the year 2017..(yes, I know, new age it is and shall be)

Out:

Factory Fill with crazy 500+ ppm of moly from FACTory. Gonezo.

In: Honda Full Synthetic 0w-20 with Honda stock filter

This is a 5800 mile, say almost 6000 miles on a FF that was wanting out at 3500 per MMS system only. (and I suppose some math) But with that much moly, the Viscosity Index was high and someone did a used oil analysis on it and TBN was good up to 5800 miles so I nailed it? (I know cause the TBN was still in the 3.x range for a 4800 mile used oil analysis and OCI)

The Maintenance Minder wanted an oil change 3,500 miles? That's the lowest I've heard for any Honda. Lots of short-tripping?

Did you have a used oil analysis done or is this from a different car? Generally, gong further than the oil life monitor suggests is a bad idea, especially if the reason is because someone who may have had different driving conditions had a used oil analysis that suggested longer was OK. Plus it's a great way to screw up your warranty.

2012 Accord K24, 77660 car, 8537 oil, run 6/18/17-11/20/17. MM about 100 miles past 15%.

Honda allows two OCIs for an oil filter, but I never do this since it seems no more than penny-wise to me.

Oh about that, a used oil analysis was done on a 4800 indicating TBN as well as wear would have normalized at 6800 miles, just 1000 more but I went exactly that amount and TBN was at 3.x so it could have gone up to 5800 miles.

+1. Two oil runs on one filter doesn't make since to me either.
