Pennzoil Platinum 5W-20, Fram Synthetic Oil Filter (from Wal Mart... I'm working had enough and visiting family each weekend right now, so did not have to time to drive to a few other parts stores to see which filters they had). 23,700 miles on the truck.

I'm even at the 'busy' stage where, with PP oil, I'm just watching the oil-life-meter on the truck and changing it then instead of counting 5k or 7k miles. Best I can do is change it at around 30% oil life (30% as per the Ram's own algorithm).

Wow! Impressive durability. I gave my '07 Accord to my parents when we moved last year. Was hoping to keep it to those miles, but will have a Honda K24 powered vehicle on my shopping list later this year.

Just did a change on my current daily:

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T
Out: Bulk Semi-Syn (Shell?) 10w-30, OEM filter
In: Shell Semi-Syn 10w-30, OEM filter

Keeping this in for the usual 3500ish miles, then contemplating the switch to a quality full synthetic, not sure if I'll use the OEM filter or go with a non-OEM. Might do a UOA of the semi-syn just to see how that's been going. Figure it will be a few months before I have to make that call.

Did an oil change today on my '07 Ram
Valvoline Full Synthetic High Mileage with MaxLife 0w20
Mobil 1 Filter (usually do Bosch Distance Plus but store was out of stock)

Been doing 5000mi changes. This one is 130,000 on the dot. Probably could go longer but I routinely tax the little V6. High Mileage out of habit. 0w20 as it seems to start on cold days better and it is the same price as 5w20. Valvoline as I am a stickler for brand loyalty.

No noticeable oil burning and no leaks. I do ~25-30k a year since I bought her. Hopefully she will last me well past 300k.

Hey First Post !!
Welcome !!

Valvoline is a good oil and it sounds like you are taking good care of that Ram. You cover a bit of distance too.

"summer" change on my Sable yesterday:
out: 5qts Edge 5w20, 1pt Edge 5w30, and 1pt GTX 5w30 and Wix 51516
in: 6 qts VWB 5w20 and Wix 51516

while the oil was draining, replaced the fog light bulbs that burned out a couple weeks back.
had the tires rotated that morning.(took me a year to go 6k mi)
because of the short trip nature of my driving I stick to 6mo/ 5k which ever comes first, usually its the 6 mos....

still to come this week, oil changes on my sisters wagon, my buddies vibe, and his little brother's neon(my old car, that i bought from my big brother)

Sure, I can go longer, but my landlord asked me to get rid of the oil I have stockpiled, he fears it's a safety hazard
