In: Same oil and filter + LM M0s2

also did the turkey baster trick on the power steering and added Mobil ATF.
 
This one, as in every one since I bought the car:

6qts Motorcraft 5w-20, as prescribed by FoMoCo
FL-820S filter

Bought the car in '10 with 57,000 and the clock just turned to 145,000 this week. No oil usage, no leaks.

Bosch 3330 filter

It never seemed to like cranking in the cold with 20W-50 in there. Was using Valvoline VR-1 20W-50 before.

Note: At 5500 miles, the ADBV on the QS filter was still operative. On previous fills in a Geo Prizm, it failed somewhere around 5k.
