Out: 8.5 quarts Mobil 1 0w40 / Mercedes 000 180 2609 Oil Filter

In: 8.5 quarts Mobil 1 0w40 / Mann Labeled (OEM Same as Above) HU 718/5
4,038 Miles on the oil (1 Year).
Amazing to me how you can suck the oil out of these cars and have the oil filter right on top. I had to put the full 8.5 quarts in to make it 100 percent "MAX," so you can truly get almost every drop with this method on Mercedes vehicles.
Note, when dealer did my car it always came back in varying degrees of overfilled. They obviously aren't as good at sucking it all out! I may try to post an image of the used cartridge oil filter in the Oil Filter forum later in the week. The construction of these cartridges is superb (no idea on the filtering performance though).
