In: Napa Syn 0w-20, OEM Filter
I did the 3M Fuel System tune-up kit last weekend, and I just finished the tank of gas with the fuel additive this weekend. The oil got quite dark. I know color is not an indication of oil condition, but I just wanted everything to be fresh and clean. I also want to do as little maintenance as possible during the winter months.

Interval: 2,814 miles - 4 months.
Sticking to Mazda 4 month severe service interval until powertrain warranty expires - don't want to give them any reason to deny any warranty claims should anything arise. My commute is ~2.9 miles each way so the oil rarely if ever gets up to operating temperature and long trips are few and far between.
