Post your latest oil change

2001 Toyota Tundra w/ 204,436mi.

Out: Valvoline R&P 5W30, PIAA Twin Power + Magnet Oil filter Z2-M. 2,877mi/8 months on oil.
In: Valvoline R&P 5W30, NAPA Gold 1348 Oil filter.

Since this truck gets driven about 3,000mi/yr I might be doing once a year oil change intervals on this truck. Work truck that ain't seeing that much work unfortunately.
Pulled a oil sample for a UOA to see the general health on the engine.

2008 Lexus GX470

Out: AMSoil 5W-30 Full Synthetic, Wix Filter
In: Kirkland 5W-30 Full Synthetic, Toyota Filter

Will reduce OCI from 10K to 5K.
Nice choice of OCI and oil. I do 5k OCI with SuperTech HMFS in all my vehicles.

Smart move. You engine will benefit 5K OCI with Kirkland.
I’m not so sure about that. I think 10k intervals with Amsoil would yield better results than 5k intervals with Kirkland. The engine will stay cleaner inside with Amsoil. And you spend half the amount of time underneath the car too.

How can we actually state this as fact? 5k mile intervals on Kirkland may be totally fine and well under the limitations of what it's disperant package can handle. We don't know that Amsoil for twice as long would keep the engine cleaner unless we bench tested two of his engines under his operating conditions side by side and then tore them down.
