Post your Gas Mileage : Calculated

I am starting to warm up to this Acura since it seems more and more like just a lifted station wagon than an SUV. It's fairly low for a Stupid Useless Vehicle, but it's practical inside and has good road manners other than a clunky ZF 9-speed transmission. There is nothing "super handling" about it though. And the MPG is awful for being a Super Boring Family Car. This tank was mostly city driving.

2020 MDX SH-AWD
331.2 miles
17.880 gallons regular (topped off)
18.52 mpg
$4.459/gal

Our 2024 Toyota Corolla with about 25K on the odometer (gas only, not a hybrid) got 45.9 mpg last weekend, highway miles on a trip from the Knoxville, TN area to the Huntsville, AL area. I had it on cruise control at 75 mph most of this trip.

Most of the time driving around town and to/from work it averages around 43 mpg.

2003 Honda Civic EX 1.7L, 5MT 194508 miles
352.4 miles, 11.711 gal = 30.1 MPG

Tank was run from 5/23/26 to 6/13/26

Year-to-date: 2900 miles, 97.751 gal = 29.7 MPG

I filled up my tank at 7:35 this morning and the cost was $3.84/gal. 3 hours later I drove by the same gas station and it had gone down to $3.74/gal. Grrrr.
