2005 Scion Xa Manual. 195,000 miles on Odometer.

32/37mpg when Somebody Purchased New.
I drive 70% Highway (55-60, typ. 3000rpm)... 30% Stop/Go.

I've done a hundred tests. 37.6 - 38.2 MPG. But... I switched
from 10% to Non-Ethanol 87 a year ago...

... from 35.2 87-10% to just about 38MPG on NON. I like that.
No Additives.

20 Year Old Silly Car originally sold for 13k. LOL
NO Leaks... No burn. I'm proud of this Sprite Toy!

Hey... I game with a Killer Pioneer Sound System.... Still works!

Big Kid Jimbo (age 63).

Are Threaders using Car Electronics to Calculate MPG?
Isn't that silly? I'm Curious.

Fill your tank... Divide Miles by Gallons. Isn't that the only REAL WAY?

Left Friday night, home around 5pm Sunday, first half towing near empty trailer with the ramp folded inward (about 2500lbs) with some ballast on the tongue and got about 15-16mpg. Returning a massive 11-12mpg towing a Kubota subcompact tractor (about 4500lb total) withe the parachute gate up, the last segment was into a headwind. Missouri and NE Texas was beautiful, the hills were a mpg killer.

2023 Mustang Mach-E Premium AWD Standard Range

Last charge 23.59kwh after going 97 miles. 4.1 miles per kwh. WOT every light, 100% city

Cost $2.16 to charge. Charged 100% via excess solar production

Closest Shell is $3.09 per gallon right now which I think works out at a car going 138mpg? Maybe my math is off because that is pretty high

Wow, thats VERY good! My F750 GS gets 45 at the most, Maybe just my riding style?

My riding style can be summed up as, in a 40 mile ride, I will "get on it" 8 to 10 times mostly from traffic lights when I'm first in line. Other than that, It's under 4K rpms where the bike is not "on the cams" The 900cc version has a lovely torquey midrange. From 4 to 7K in any gear above 2nd is a delight, pulls hard and the motor is smooth in that range.

Enjoy your ride!

HAH, 573 miles on 10.4 gallons, so 55.1 mpg. I may have gotten lower RVP summer blend fuel on my last fill-up on 10/17.
At 93,532 miles, the car has consumed 1895.9 gallons from new, so 49.3 mpg lifetime to date.

1999 Civic, 285k on the original engine and transmission, 90% highway trip that was mostly flat, was 33mpg calculated. Was nice to see above 30 as most mixed city/highway is 28-30 mpg even driving not with a lead foot.

HAH, 557 miles on 10.6 gallons, so 52.5 mpg.
Better than I would have expected on what must be higher RVP fuel as well as with colder weather, with a few mornings of frost.

Filled up the Maverick Hybrid today. Earlier I put in 5.07 gallons to get past my CC billing date. Filled up today at Casey's. They were out of E15 so 13.344 gallons of 87 octane E10 went in.

  • MPG: 39.6 / UK MPG: 47.5

  • Total: $44.93
I do believe the new tires are costing me about 1.5 mpg. Last year at this time, using fuel with corn squeezin's
I was around 41 mpg. 91 octane E0 is still to pricey to try this fall.

Used the fueleconomy.gov website to consolidate all my fuel receipts from my center console to get calculated MPG averages.
