Changed @ 200 miles, 1st oil change to:
Rotella T6 5W-40
Mobil 1 Oil Filter M102

id love to take your bike out for a lap or two.. very nice.

I also would love to try out the BMW.

Tomorrow I will be putting in M1 4T 10-40 w/ OEM filter in the CBR1000RR

I will be draining out Rotella T6 - it only has about 200 miles on it, but I just had the dealer do the clutch recall which involved them replacing the clutch and letting who knows what fall into the sump. I will ride it around a bit tomorrow morning and then change it.

Out: Shell Rotella T 15w-40 & Fram PH6017A filter
In: Shell Rotella T 15w-40 & Fram PH6017A filter

Mileage: 3900 miles on oil

I was going to run it longer, but changed it before a long trip. This was my first run of Rotella and I was impressed with it--smooth sound, good shifting. The Fram filter seemed well-constructed too--I'll be cutting it apart later this week to see the internals. Here's the info on the filter:

BMW 2011 R1200R: Only 3000 miles but winter is not far off and I wanted to use up this stale jug of M1 TDT.

Out: Dealer's 20W-50 Golden Spectro / OEM filter

In: 4 quarts / Mobil 1 5W-40 TDT / Mahn Filter

2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 LTD
6,700 miles
Shell Rotella T 15w-40
Bosch 3323 filter

Not sure what was in there before as I bought it used. Probably the OEM Kawi 10w-40 oil...

2000 Suzuki Hayabusa (stock 1300 size motor with many motor upgrades to handle the forced induction) with a stage 2 turbo kit. Rotella T 15-40 and have about 400 miles on it but will dump as soon as the spring comes. Does not look like I will get any more riding in this season. The oil has definitely seen some high temps in traffic with the turbo and no cooler and has soon a few good hard runs.

It is interesting... not the oil but peoples reaction to the
zero W part... If we agree that the most wear occurs in our
prized engines during start up before warm up then a 30Wt with
the viscosity of 56 cSt wins the race to the critical crank
bearing... I don't know why but it doesn't seem to matter if you
point out that at 212ºF operating temps 0W30 has the same
viscosity of 10 cSt as 5W30 10W30 or even straight weight 30...
its like if I mention Mr.RC45 is on 10W 30 no problem... but if
I mention 0W 30 problem...

Dumped VR-1 20W-50 after 2000miles (OA showed High Iron @ 4000 mile OCI) and put in Mobil 1 15W-50 for the winter.
