Technically the ECU can take a full tank of fuel if not more to fully relearn all stored parameters.

So no I don't think you did, the car has to be driven at specific rpm/load situations to even do emission's readiness test.

Also do a drain/fill on the automatic, some new fluid isn't going to hurt it and you will be able to see the condition of the fluid coming out.
