Poor police informant looked so miserable.

No 1: Two white dudes with short cropped hair both wearing black tops with tan cargo pants, Toughbook laptop. Booking photos in the screen,. The guy they were questioning was dressed frumpy, in poorly fitting clothes but try to look "cool". He was constantly looking around and looked miserable.

No 2 Ten there's the conversation. Questions where "Is this X?", "Tell us what he said., "He asked you to do what?_. Etc. Etc.

Maybe he wasn't an informant but a witness?

yes that was not an informant...that was a witness/suspect/accomplice but not an informant....might end up being one tho depending what he is involved with....

Maybe bounty hunters? Some states allow them to roam around like cops, with even less restrictions.
