Pluto TV

Stargate
Doctor Who
Tosh.O
MST3k

Occasionally with other goodies found, no schedule is rather infuriating since I usually miss the occasional drops of red dwarf

Yeah, a whole section of classic TV to devour...

I watched part of a 70's movie I had never seen - White Lightning.

Have it on our Roku TV, becomes super repetitive IMO after a while but occasionally catch a new (to me) movie or something. It's good if I want to throw something on but not watch something on our playlist without my wife.

I find the Viacom purchase and the way Pluto runs/promotes certain seasons of shows or shows or channels an interesting setup to the Paramount umbrella.

+ Rifftrax channel - I've seen Birdemic more times than I care to count.

Pluto and YouTube on our Roku-equipped TV is pretty much all we watch. My wife complained the other day that she had the "Wyatt Earp" theme song stuck in her head from too many Pluto episodes (and Bat Masterson too).

After countless decades of cable and satellite TV my situation dictated that I cut the cord. YouTube, Pluto, Xumo, Freevee, and many other internet protocol channels have really opened my eyes. Over the air channels where I am are limited to 7 and they pretty much suck. The IP channels via Fire Stick and my LG television offer hundreds of choices for just the price of the internet monthly fee. Now many of those channels are crap, like news in 10 different cities around the nation and multiple weather channels, but overall the variety is certainly there. Now that I am weaned from cable/sat TV I don't miss it t all.

The selection on it is not varied too much from the other free stuff like on Tubi, Roku, FilmRise, Crackle but like the others, they have stuff that is exclusive to them.

Yes its a great free app. Make cord cutting much easier for many.

Resolution and picture quality is little light but cant be beat for the price.
