Really weird login issue on my home UniFi network

I have Wow internet, and use my own modem and router. I have an Arris SB8200 modem, and a UniFi USG gateway, with a Cloudkey 2 and UniFi APs. For the last month or so, I cannot log into the F1TV app or website while on my home network. iOS, iPadOS, browser, doesn’t matter. It gives me some vague error message, and it also fails to let me try to reset my password. However, if I try cellular, or make a cellular hotspot for these devices, I can log in every time. After about a day or so, I get automatically logged out.

Wow told me that my public IP address isn’t blacklisted or anything like that; all good from their end. F1TV says the same. I asked Wow if they could give me a new public IP address but they could not (thought that might help).

I don’t have any weird firewall rules on my network. My default network pretty much allows all traffic. I do have a stricter guest network for IoT devices, but that does not apply to the devices I’m trying to log into. Anybody have any ideas? I may do a chat with Ubiquiti next.

Well, figured it out. I decided to chat again with F1TV support, and they confirmed that my IP address got blocked somehow. I do not use a VPN. They couldn't confirm why it happened, but gave me a list of possible reasons why. The only one that made sense was multiple successive logins. Around the start of the season I logged into several devices one after the other. Maybe that did it... anyhow, hope this can help someone. Based on a Reddit post yesterday, this is not an isolated issue, as others have recently reported the same thing happening.
