There have been some crazy headlines for this, including one sensationalist website where the headline made it sound like he bailed first and abandoned his passengers. However, they all jumped out before he did. I'm reading that perhaps a chute got tangled on a control surface.

I didn't know that skydiving pilots had parachutes ready. Something about possibly needing it because of the way they're flown?

That has to be one of the most poorly written articles I've ever read. Anyone wanna bet it was written by AI?

They do not teach journalism in schools any more. Compared to a lot of what I read these days, this one was fairly well written. It clearly stated the known facts. Many write a longer article by repeating the same facts over and over.

Years ago when I was a kid, my favorite TV show was, "Ripcord". It starred Ken Curtis, (Festus from Gunsmoke), and Larry Pennell. There was an episode where the planes collided when they were filming.

Remember, they didn't have Go Pro's then. Both planes crashed but both pilots were able to bailout. No one was hurt, but it was $$$$$$$.
