For anyone who's interested..
On the left is the stuff I drained from my diff at 33k miles in my BMW 330ci compared to the virgin Redline 75w90 in a clear coke bottle (for comparison). This isn't scientific, but it makes you doubt the whole idea of "Lifetime" fluid service. I'm sure it doesn't start out this black. Would it be good for another 200k miles? My diff isn't going to find out. I'll stick with 30k miles intervals.
