Ran for 5,000 miles on my kiddo’s oil drinking Kia. Valvoline Restore and Protect 5W-30. Held up fine, but not worth the money when others are cheaper and better built!
There really isn't anything wrong with these, but for the money I would never buy one. Ran one, one time, that I had gotten on clearance for like $1.
Now, if they sold them cheap, like "These are uglier than your Aunt Roberta, but they do the job and won't cost hardly anything" than they would be recommended.
A little wavy but no issues. Proper open holes, good seals and no tears. I used to run these all the time until @Zee09 recommended I upgrade to Tough Guards instead.
