What are your thoughts on Petro Canada Supreme synthetic 5W30??

You may actually find the 0w30 is less expensive.

Does Petro Canada sell their oil in the US? If not, why not...seems like a good product.

You can contact them asking for the closest distributor and they will tell you. They do sell in the US as far as I know, but in a limited capacity.

PC 0w30 and 5w30 are "probably" the same formula. Viscosities at 40C and 100C are the same, VI is the same, and MRV and CCS values for 0w are about what you'd expect for 5w oil at 5C lower temperatures.

Pour points are different - I cannot explain that one.
