I forgot, I get mildly annoyed at people who use their turn signal at the same moment they begin to change lanes or turn, instead of signaling in advance.

I thought that was a survival technique for those urban areas where if they see the turn signal, they won't let you in, so you have to "steal" the space, using the signal at the last second to be legal.
