Peppers!

Good morning folks and was wondering which peppers you folks like to eat. I LOVE jalapeños, chilis, Hungarian wax and any hot pepper. Have currently some stuffed hot and sweet peppers for dinner in the crock pot

We grow, and so I eat, bell peppers most every day.

Wife and children arent as keen on spicy foods (I love them but typically its a restaurant thing for me). Spiced foods like Indian are A-OK, but spicy is a different story. So cubanelle and chilis are usually OK to grow in small crops to use sparingly, but I dont waste time or space on hotter stuff. Ill take bell peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, beans, kale, beets, etc. personally.

Italian long hots
Portuguese long hots
Chinese datil (meaty and perfect heat)
Jalapeños
All grown at home.
Earth Boxes are great for hot peppers here in the northeast.

If it contains capsaisin, I will probably eat it.

Green peppers and yellow banana peppers. I like the red ones, as well. As long as they are not too too hot.
