Not true. Change per OEM specs. You have a GM and the monitor goes off at 8K, your fine.

I think this may start to cost them in sales, if the price of this new oil is higher than platinum.
Most customers will probably buy on perceived value, and if they see Mobil 1 Extended Performance or Edge beside it, being sold as an extended drain, they might pass it up.

LOL my 35% worse PP stash will be used exactly as planned. I can't wait to see the used oil analysis, with the new and improved. According to the spec sheet the NOACK percentage is nothing to write home about (many feel this contributes to the deposits on the valaves of DI engines) and if used in a new engine would it not get mad because there is nothing to claen? Also, as many of you probably know, Pennzoil already has a Ultra product the sells in other parts of the world.
