Now im stuck paying for a car i can't drive because i can't afford the $2000 to fix the transmission if anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated my email is

Pennzoil Multi-Vehicle is recommended for SPIII applications by Pennzoil.

Warranties don't get voided.
Bearings died because of what???? MFG defect or poor lubrication(hint incorrect ATF level)?

Now, if he fried the clutches or experienced poor shift quality(shudder)..... it would be more believeable. But, how many months of shudder do you put up with before going back to the so-called better OEM fluid?

And, IMO, Kia/Hyundai transmissions run hot, break easily, and just generally suck. I fried 2 Hyundai transmissions(one brand new, the other used rental) in

I do not understand these people that just walk away when the dealer says they won't fix the problem. There are clear dispute resolution procedures published by the MFG. Dont they even bother to read the manual?

When the dealer says "it was the non dealer service that caused the problem" do they really just say "oh" and walk away? The dealer has to proove is was the incorrect fluid that caused the problem.

But 1st, they tell the dealer that they serviced the transmission with the wrong ATF

Funny, since most transmissions don't require any service during the warranty period.

Then they go online and cry about it

That's why it's a huge risk to use anything other than the manufacturer certified fluid while the car is in warranty.

Even if the failure has nothing to do with the fluid, who needs the aggravation.
