Actually, Redline SI-1 has the highest level of PEA.
Regane High Mileage has more PEA than does the Regular additive.
I looked at the MSDS for the Techron Fuel System Cleaner and it appears to have 30-60% PEA. The Chevron product that is labelled Fuel Injector Cleaner appears to be 3-7% PEA.
I haven't done this for any Regane products, but thought giving some numbers might help here. I have no issue with buying Regane instead of Techron FSC if it is cheaper at WalMart.
It appears that 60% of PEA (more probable the Diethylene Triamine DETA version) is way more than it is used. It cant be keept suspended at or above 40% of total volume of the bottle. At least TETA cant be more than 15% or it woukd phase separate and sink, unless you use a lot of toluene or acetone to dilute it, and by the smell, it isn't. Looks like the percentage is way low, IMO
