I am about to replace the PCV valve on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra with 50K miles. It is necessary to lubricate the threads of the valve before installing it?

The FSM on my Subaru crosstrek calls for it. When I took the original one out it had it.

Usually thread locker or thread sealant are used. Not anti-seize.

Just curious, does the thread locker works on plastic PCV valves?
