PBR/Axxis Brake Pads

PBR makes excellent pads, i bought some on recommendation from Sam Strano for LS1 camaro front brakes. they do dust less than Hawk HPS+ or HPS, less noise and probably less rotor wear and still grab well.

Have had the deluxe plus front and rear on my bmw for around 2 or 3 months. I would say that they have 90% of the bite that the bmw pads have under light braking, and pretty similar at the limit.

There is virtually NO DUST. What a pleasure this is. I am very pleased with these pads, and if I buy another BMW, this will be the first modification, even if the car is new.

I have Power Slot rotors on my Nissan SpecV and Metal Masters front pads. The stopping power is pretty good IMO but the dust from the Metal Masters is awful. I'll be trying the Hawk ceramic next change.

I'm not sure what brand pads were on car as tended by previous owner, a few tows left the rears glazed and warped. I ended up ordering pbr's semi-metallic and new zimmerman rotors both front and rear. It's been some 5 yrs now without any problems. I do seem to get a fair amount of dust on the front rims, but I still think it's less than my father gets on his 9-3 - I suppose this could also be passed off due to different driving and washing habits though.
