The same way the "flat earth believes" conclude in their minds what they think is true ... even though there is plenty of evidence to debunk their beliefs.

I went by the Airport yesterday and took a good look at one of those planes [Horizon air] Why would any one choose that plane to steal other than opportunity? It would be like stealing a 1973 rust bucket Yugo with a worn engine. 737 or better would have been my plane of choice. If you are doing the crime do it big time.

Go to the beach and you can watch the cargo vessels drop off the edge of the Earth. Seeing is believing.

All those commenting that Q is a hoax are just ignorant. Surprising here at BITOG to see such blatant know it all but know nothing attitudes. Better stick to oil.

Have any of you actually looked at Qs post? And I see today that 8chan was moved to government servers as the cabal is tightening the censorship noose. FB, Twitter, Reddit, 4 chan all will censor Q's work. Q is indeed right over the target.

And accepting its existence, much less ascribing powers and abilities above even superpower states and their intelligence networks, is naive, and that's the most conservative word I can come up for it. Of course, whether or not 8chan was moved to government servers or not isn't really the point. Considering some of the illegal material that's been posted there over the years, I'm surprised they don't have the big Dept. of Justice takeover logo on their home page. I'd be afraid to even look at the page without tunnelling through a chain of half a dozen proxies each in a different country.

I just checked that Q page, and that tells me all I need to know. It's written by a teen in his basement. That's some of the worst grammar and spelling and formatting I've ever seen, and that's excluding the gibberish content. Like I said, throw a bunch of words into a blender, string them back together, and that's a Q post.

Q is a teen in his basement laughing that anyone is taking anything he says seriously. When it's affiliated to a "chan," that tells you all you need to know, and that's before you even read his "posts."

What is he good at? He sure can't design a web site. He can't type. He can't edit a story. He can't write grammatically. He can't spell. He doesn't even come up with good fiction. At least Bob Lazar could weave a good yarn.

I bet Christopher Columbus was nervous about falling off the edge of earth.

As I see it, the problem with capitol C crackpottery when it comes to the main player in this sordid tale, is history.

Running a forty year experiment giving untreated syphilis (sp?) to unknowing individuals so the rot of their minds and bodies could be observed, sounds pretty out there evil crackpottery.

But it's true. And that's just one example.

The instant whatever strikes me as a troll too far based on many of its elements, but it doesn't surprise me that a good troll can gaslight people who may at some level want to believe, because sometimes crazy stuff really is true. History tells us so ....

As the saying goes: "Truth is stranger than fiction"

We myth because as a species we are uniquely self creating and self defining... however what myths fail to do is separate its truths from its errors...

A myth to explain what we don't understand is normal. There are many things that don't need a fancy story to explain them, and this is one of them. I don't see anything in this incident in the first place that is even the slightest bit fishy or even worthy of attracting conspiracy theories.

That's why tin foil hats were invented.

Tin foil hats were invented to keep the CIA from reading your mind and controlling you with radio waves...

But still used by people who are big into "conspiracy theories". They don't want anyone reading their minds and knowing what kind of cockamamie conspiracy theories they are secretly thinking of. That's why Garak can't detect the the conspiracy.

This thread reminded me of this oldie song by Napoleon the 14th.

They're Coming To Take Me Away"

Remember when you ran away
And I got on my knees
And begged you not to leave
Because I'd go beserk
Well you left me anyhow
And then the days got worse and worse
And now you see I've gone
Completely out of my mind
And they're coming to take me away ha-haaa
They're coming to take me away ho ho hee hee ha haaa
To the funny farm
Where life is beautiful all the time
And I'll be happy to see those nice young men
In their clean white coats
And they're coming to take me away ha haaa
You thought it was a joke
And so you laughed
You laughed when I said
That losing you would make me flip my lid
Right? You know you laughed
I heard you laugh. You laughed
You laughed and laughed and then you left
But now you know I'm utterly mad
And they're coming to take me away ha haaa
They're coming to take me away ho ho hee hee ha haaa
To the happy home with trees and flowers and chirping birds
And basket weavers who sit and smile and twiddle their thumbs and toes
And they're coming to take me away ha haaa
I cooked your food
I cleaned your house
And this is how you pay me back
For all my kind unselfish, loving deeds
Ha! Well you just wait
They'll find you yet and when they do
They'll put you in the A.S.P.C.A.
You mangy mutt
And they're coming to take me away ha haaa
They're coming to take me away ha haaa ho ho hee hee
To the funny farm where life is beautiful all the time
And I'll be happy to see those nice young men
In their clean white coats
And they're coming to take me away
To the happy home with trees and flowers and chirping birds
And basket weavers who sit and smile and twiddle their thumbs and toes
And they're coming to take me away ha haaa!

Yep, it's totally working. I'm going to buy stock in Reynolds.
