P/S Fluid for 2008 Pontiac Vibe

Hi All,

I need to top off the power steering fluid in my 2008 Pontiac Vibe. The owners manual calls for Dexron VI. Currently in my garage I have Prestone Power Steering Fluid + Stop Leak ("Developed for use in GM, Ford, Chrysler, and most foreign cars and light trucks") and Valvoline MaxLife ATF ("approved for GM DEXRON II, III and VI"). Which one of these, if either, should I use? (really only need an ounce or two). Or do I really need to use pure Dexron VI?

Max life without question since it had Dex VI atf in it front the start.

If that is the Pontiac with Toyota Corolla engine, you can put just about anything you listed: Preston P/S Fluid or Maxlife ATF.

Stick with Maxlife or Dex VI. Walmart has Supertech VI. 03 Matrix and I used Castrol Dex/Merc in my PS and it worked great.
