I personally got into this thanks to the beautiful girlfriend of mine. I use Quaker Oats, walnuts or almonds, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries or others like mango, pineapple, apple. And some homemade peanut butter and Chobani oat milk plain. Anyone else here do this? I think vavavroom does this if I recall.

I don’t do it I just cook oatmeal right then when I want it lol which is rare because it’s only a snack since it doesn’t have meat

I've done this for years. When I was a cop on the road it was an excellent solution. Half cup steel cut oats, half cup milk, add whatever fruit in season, for me mostly a banana.....jackpot. The carb #'s are high for such a healthy meal but they are slow released and satiate you for many hours.

My breakfast is 3/4 cup rolled oats, 1 1/4 cups water, a banana sliced into it, dash of salt. nuke for 4 minutes. Oats won't clog my arteries

I usually have these with milk, a little bit of honey and some fresh blueberries:

How many grams of oats you use for this morning breakfast

We do the same but mostly in the summer time. Colder months we like warm oatmeal and make it in the rice cooker so when we wake up it is ready to go. We also us steel cut oats which are better for you and less glycemic index factor.

To update this; still doing this daily. Use 1/3 cup oats(Quaker oats old fashioned) and Chobani 0% yogurt with mixed berries and banana and sometimes kiwi. I enjoy this still

Yes, almost every morning. 2/3 cup non fat plain yogurt, 1/2 cup oats, scoop vanilla protein powder, a little oat milk, 2 handfuls of frozen blueberries. Put in a jar, shake it, and put in the fridge. Ready next morning.

Yes, we make it frequently around my house. It’s nice to wake up and not need to worry about making breakfast for 5 kids.

I love the taste of a good oatmeal cereal, the crunchy kind like the granola types.

But that stuff tears up my gut. 🤷‍♂️

These days with intermittent fasting, my breakfast is actually my lunch, and that's 2 very fatty burgers (meat only, 410 calories each) or a good striploin steak.
