Advice and recommendations wanted. Just got the car.
For engine, BMW 5-30 was evidently recommended but I've read that even the 2002 S62 motor should run the special 10-60, like the 2000 and earlier were backspecced to. Would Mobil 0-40 be a good easily available option?
For transmission, previous owner is running Synchromax and the car shifts nicely.
For rear diff, he put in RP 75-140. Thoughts?
Any special PSF? Would RP work for this?

Any and all advice welcome.

I use M1 0w40 in mine. The "ring change" engines, of which yours is one, also appear to have significantly lower oil consumption for the most part.

The PSF might be Pentosin, and if you want the low temp qualities of that fluid you can't mix. Just a thought.
