I'm looking for some opinions. Is it proper to store new oil in an unheated outdoor garage. I have a few OCS stored up, which I won't be using for a few months stored in an unheated outside garage, and I was wondering if it would be better to just store them inside where there is a more constant temp. Same thing goes for some power steering and transmission fluid. Thanks.

I keep my stash of oil/fluids in my detached garage, and shed. So far I never had any issues. I`m sure it wouldnt hurt to store it indoor though either.
It's totally fine. No different than it sitting in the car's oil pan in your garage. 
I keep my stash in the garage too. No heat and no A/C out there. Never had any problems at all from it.
I have heard stories about condenstation forming when stored in an unheated garage. IMO it's not that big of a problem as I have never seen it and I store oil for years and years.
Heck if it can sit in my engine 3 yrs and still be ok then it should be ok in the unopened bottle.

Thats how I look at it too.

If you have the room IMO it's better to store inside,more evenly controlled atmosphere,100% of my stash is inside,filters too.
