If it's a fresh stain, presoak with powdered laundry detergent or baking soda. Then spray with degreaser. You will have to scrub and rinse and repeat to get rid of the stain.
For an older stain, this is the best stuff out there: http://www.pour-n-restore.com/oilstain.htm .. However it's pretty expensive and once you open the bottle you have to use it within a couple of days. I've used it to remove a 5 year old stain.
