Phosphorus compounds from ZDDP are volatile enough to go out of the exhaust. Phosphorus volatility tests have to be passed for some oil specifications and that's why lower volatility ZDDPs were developed. https://www.savantgroup.com/media/ASTMJournal-Selby-Noack-PEI-2005.pdf
Applications like this are tough to make recommendations for. We have to go on hunches. My preference would be a synthetic oil with HTHS between around 4.2 cP and 5.2 cP.

I was curious what the C6 ZR1 has spec'd. It looks like 5w30 for that variant of the LS3 (LS9) with a supercharger. Of course it looks like you are putting out more HP than the factory ZR1 was.
What does the oil temp get to when you're getting on it? Does the N/A LS3 have a factory oil cooler?

I would start with the 5w30 the factory recommends. Or what they recommend for "track days". But the 5w30 would be my first try. Not Redline. I know it doesn't sound romantic but plain vanilla Mobil 1.

You can also try what the SC dodge small blocks are running.
And theres Superbike oil 4T.
You know Hayabusa and ZX14 stuff.
Big ZDP and moly.. Its API SH too. That may make you more ponies than the Diesel Goo.

Amsoil Premium Protection 10w40 could be an option.

OEM GM specs 5w30 oil for all of the GenIV LS engines. I believe its 5w30 because needs to meet largely varying types of climates and only the GM factory horsepower levels.
