Friend just put that in his wife's 2010 Fusion at 3,000 miles and plans on once a year. She drives about 40 miles a day back and forth to work in da UP.
My son's 2010 Focus was just changed over to this same Amsoil 0W20, after break in mileage of 1,800 miles. (Bought a case of it from eBay for $4/qt). Since he does a lot of city driving, I told him his oil change intervals should be 8-10,000 miles (or 1 year).
But a better deal, right now is the Motorcraft 5W20 FULL Synthetic for $2.95/qt., that Advance Auto Parts has been discontinuing. That should be good for an EASY 7,500 miles in your case. I bought a case of it today for usage after the Amsoil 0W20 is gone. The store I was in also had a 5 gallon jug of Motorcraft 5W20 on clearance for $7.99. (I left it in the store, but kept looking back at it, as I drove away). You never hear anyone complain about Motorcraft 5W20 - since it was initially durability tested with Ford products in mind.
