Oil for 2000 2.4 Twin Cam Alero

At 107k with 2000 Alero with 2.4L twin cam engine
have been using Cenex Synthetic Blend oil for 80K I have owned car. Whats the best oil to keep it happy? What I have been using?

1. 5W-30 is preferred.

If you want to do extended oil change intervals, these are the oils to use. They also have better pour point and viscosity indexes, indicating a better synthetic oil than your synthetic blend.

I'm never heard of 'Cenex' oil before.....where do they come from?
