Oil foaming test in the bottle, looks like beer...

I took a 1/3 full bottle of left over Mobil Clean 5000 5W30 off the shelf and moderately shook it. Looking inside with a flashlight, it looked like beer, complete with a small island of white foam in the middle and around the edges. Looked just like the surface of a glass of beer. I thought oil wasn't supposed to foam that easily.

I did the same to a partially empty bottle of Havoline 5W30 and it exhibited tiny bubbles but no whitish looking foam.
