Oil filter relocation kit

I have a ford truck with the 5.4l engine and the oil filter is a bear to get at. Are oil filter relocation kits a safe and reasonable alternative to becoming a contortionist every time I want to change my darn oil?

Any recommendations on kits?

yes, as long as you are careful about the hoses, not to run them near or on any hot or moving surfaces.

Napa has a wide assortment of filter relocator kits. Nothing really to them, just an adaptor that mounts in place of filter and attaches to another adaptor so I wouldn't think that there's much difference between any of them.

Might check with amsoil guys, maybe they have em also, not sure though.

i have a napa unit and it is nice quality piece. summit racing also carries relocation kits.
