Can I use oil filter from my 2019 f150 3.5 eco on my 1996 4.0 Explorer? Sure be nice if they would since I buy them by the case

Don't think so... A 1996 Explorer uses 3/4-16 & 2019 Ecoboost M22x1.5 and the cans are over an inch difference in Height & over 3/4" in width.
