Well I once did my own oil changes and 10 years ago I stopped. Now I am doing it for my wife and 2 daughters plus my car. It's just to expensive to have someone else do what I can do for the cost of oil and filters. Plus I am changing all 4 vehicals to synthetic. Where can I get windshield stickers for the cars. Depending on the kids to remind me is like asking the garage door a question and expecting a answer. Any sugestions are welcome. Otherwise I have been using white duct tape on the fan hood and permantent marker. I just want to look or have them look and give me the milage so stickers seem the easest way.

A while back I found some pennzoil windshield cling stickers on ebay. Made me feel all professional.

Adance and Autozone both have them for free. Also, you can write Mobil and they may send you a sweet package with lots of decals and oil change stickers.

Advance and Autozone both have them on rolls in the store, they are free. I like the one they have at Advance because there is more room to write in each section and they also have a section where you can put what brand or type of oil and what grade you used. Seems to me that would be useful with as many cars as you do oil changes on now.

Send an email or write a letter to your oil company of choice telling them you support/use their product and and they will send you OCI stickers and other stuff.

(Never done this myself, but have read/seen pics of other members doing this with success)

I got mine from a TIRE-RAMA, I like them because they also have a spot for Tire Rotation reminder. They gave me a little block or book of about fifty or so.

I wonder if SOPUS or XOM does this - given that I'm using the first company's oil, and the other's filter.

I believe the thread I saw had a guy recieving Mobil OC stickers, and also getting many kinds of decal stickers. This wasn't that long ago, 1yr?

Sent off a bunch of e-mails: for products in use now or on the oil shelf for future use (I hedged a bit, as living in Canada may mean some requests never translate into anything arriving here).

Pennzoil actually has a link specifically for requesting oil change stickers in their 'contact us' page.

I requested stickers from Pennzoil months ago and never received anything. I do not think anyone else did either. Good job.

I emailed Quaker State asking for oil change stickers and telling them how much I like the QS Advanced Durability oil that I use in my truck. They emailed me back with a phone number to call for the stickers. I called and the number is for some promotional product company that does the printing for QS and they said they could not give them to me for free, nor could they sell the stickers to me, they only print and sell the stickers to authorized QS oil change locations, garages and quickie lube joints. I had also asked for some QS decals for my sticker and hat collection, they said no can do. Bummer.

I called the contact number for Mobil. I also e-mailed Pennzoil, Valvoline, and Castrol. Including Mobil as a filter, the other 3 are the standard oil specials I have stocked now or will in the future. It'll be interesting to see who actually delivers. As I like products for all of these companies, I will happily pimp whichever moniker on my windshield as an oil change reminder.
